Is there seriously no way to go through the reoccurring payment option without selecting a state? I live in Canada and have no idea how to add a subscription to my account without being American. This mog station site seems very outdated and poorly designed. It's so stressful, lol.
I just bought Crysta and did my sub that way.
I'm Canadian but I pay for my subscription through Steam and through Steam using Paypal so I have it setup that way. I'm pretty sure it does give you the option of picking a country but cannot verify at this time (at work).
Did you make a mistake at some point when you created your Square Enix account? During registration you're given the option to choose a country and choosing Canada gives you the option of choosing a province, city and postal code. If you chose US for some reason at that point then you wont be able to register a Canadian credit card. Do you have a province and postal code listed in your square enix account information? If not you'll need to get on with chat support since you can't change your country by yourself.
You probably just need to change the account details stating your country.
I had no issues. In fact it was probably the best MMO sub payment setup that I have used.
