When every single blacklisted member is this.. yet they all haven't been deleted, heck none of them have they're all named... and to top it off i delete them and i get this within 3 seconds of doing so...this is also one of the people i unblacklisted..

SE doesn't delete the character just bans the account, if it says deleted the rmt did it to get past your blist.
that kinda explains quite a bit..
so basically these could all be suspended accounts but i would never know because theres no change since the char wasnt removed from the database only locked out of access?

on the lodestone they have updates and say how many accounts they have banned (rmt and other things wise) so i think that would be a good time to delete your blist.
