Swimsuit event quest?

Is this live right now or its coming with the 1.18 patch? I just read the letter but its 7 am and I been awake for at least a day and a half now so my brain isnt really working..

Its coming in 1.18! My miqo'te is already naked since i saw the swimsuits! Now only them can reflect her awesomeness!! @_@

You're absolutely correct! The cat scent of it would reward me a few million gil at "Miner's guild"...if you know what i mean =P

Subligar Police here, came to arrest the cat that just dropped this subligar.

We will have to take you in to a small cell room with 20 sweaty Roegadyn wearing subligar for 30 days to get your mind back straight.

is this event up now? and if so how do i go about doing it? lol been searching net for info but found nothing.
