The book says Zan'rak pugilist, while you're looking at a Zahar'ak pugilist. Slightly different names. IIRC those mobs are near the altar or whatever it's called.

Amazing how many struggle with that particular one...
Zahar'ak vs Zanr'ak... Even if people have trouble reading, they should be able to notice the lack of the gear sign that indicates mobs that you need to kill for books...
