I don't know if this has been noted, but typing /hpbar on does nothing. But typing /hpbar off says it disables HP Bars even if nothing is there to begin with. I don't know if not including the subcommand is supposed to toggle it but not even this works. Just a heads up to the devs.

You could always try throwing a thread into the Localization forum asking what's up with that. They're pretty on top of things and have a good sense of humor to boot, which seems to be a pre-req for community reps. -
