Myth Farmers & Duty Finder/Roulette Go AWAY!!!

Seriously.... If you want to farm myths I have no problem with you doing so and I do it myself but I do it in a pre-made party. Don't use Duty Finder/Roulette to do it and inconvenience the rest of the people in the group by leaving and then they have to wait for someone to fill in to finish their duty... I'm thinking maybe SE might need to make all tome rewards be given at the last boss to fix this.

I can agree, but to be honest the ones in roulette doing it aren't there for the speed runs specifically. They are there because on top of the usual rewards your roulette gives you more tomes, I can't blame people for wanting to get in a quick run of whatever dungeon it may be. Remove the dungeon timer and maybe people would instinctively worry less about time they've spent in the dungeon.

I personally haven't touched roulette in ages, I don't see the point other than the Gil rewards. PF works just fine for speed runs and I believe more people need to realize this.

Also, I don't understand the complaint, it may suck, but if the Tank wants to speed run and the healer doesn't...guess who leaves first when they don't get their way, 99% betting the Tank. And vice versa, if the healer wants a run, the tank doesn't, c'est la vie.

The only ones who suffer are the DPS, and well to be honest, nobody cares about you anyway. <sarcasm>

I'm not talking about speed runs at all, I'm talking about people who go in get the myths and leave the rest to have to replace them to finish their duty.

I'd stay too if people would learn how to move the damn bombs. Wipe wipe wipe, used a translator with instructions in their language and still nothing. =.=

And ruin me coming in-progress as tank and getting an easy 45 soldier at the end of the week cause I forgot to do my dailies? Absolutely not.

They're eating a penalty, so working as intended.

I actually welcome the penalty, gives me a reason to go farm Atma for 30 minutes.

In halatali HM last night, real friendly run, lots of chat in party, absolutely smooth with no deaths or mess ups.
Second boss dies and they vote abandon and it passed, even though I voted no.
So clearly pre made doing it for the myths so stop with the "working as intended" because it clearly is not

I was going off the OP's post. In which he clearly stated the situation. Yours is a different situation.

So in some situations there are pre-mades using the DF to fill the gap for their personal gain and abandoning dungeons against the other's wishes. Well, may I suggest you throw out some reasonable ideas to combat this behavior? I'm drawing a blank at the moment on how to police this style of negative gaming.
