Prince of Pestilence bugged on Rabanastre [stuck in ground]
Prince of Pestilence can't be targeted due to spawning either underground or above normal playing field. I scoured the entirety of Mun Tuy Cellars where he spawns and there were no players to be found who may have been hunting that notorious monster. I later noticed in his supposed spawning area a single "enemy" dot on my map that appeared to be not moving at all. After killing all the enemies in the immediate area, I confirmed that it was still there and I could not target it.
I recalled that this NM was bugged earlier on but was patched to fix the supposed dissapearing problem. But I could not help but reach the conclusion that the NM is bugged again [at least on Rabanastre].
As of this writing, the enemy dot is still there and has not moved at all for the past 30 mins which is not normal for any given enemy.

2: Found single enemy marker not moving in Prince's spawning area.
3: Killed all surrounding mobs to make sure I wasn't confusing for some other enemy.
4: Enemy marker still there and not moving.
