why do i have to buy the ps3 version again

so i preodered this on ps3 played it for about a mouth then got the pc version im feeling sick try to download the game again to play on my couch to relax and boom the game refuses to install error error go to the store look at ff14 and it says buy now for 24$ what u need more of my money i got the preorder, pc and the sub every mounh and i need to pay for the ps3 one again? just to make sure i went to the mog staion it says i have the pc and ps3 verions so ya. no idea why this a happening any info would be nice

So you saying you bought the digital download of XIV for PS3 from PSN back when it was released? If so you would need to take that issue up with Sony, If you bought the disc version you would need the disc again to reinstall you would not be able to get it from the PSN store.

Look under your Download List on PSN, not the store page for XIV.
