Talked to a "Gm Furlamseere" today regarding an issue, and while I don't have experience with other MMO GMs, the ones I've had to speak with are all helpful and fast to respond. It's never a good experience to request a GM to be involved, but I'm glad SE doesn't just sweep things under the rug, even if it just ends up being a slap on the wrist or something more.

They're really polite and helpful. I had an issue when I got stuck in a duty, the barrier at the begining never left. I sent a request to a GM and even though they answered really late, they were really helpful and we submited the bug report regarding that issue. He even asked me if I needed him for anything else. I know they have their protocols and they always have to be helpful. I'm glad they're doing their job well.

If anything. SE GMs have always been really helpful and friendly. Even during FFXI good days. Even good sports about people just submitting tickets to be silly. Like this one I dunno I am almost tempted to do something like this just to give a good laugh.

I've had good experience talking with Square-Enix's GMs. I have talked to other GMs on a few different games and they never checked in to issues, nor did they ever contact players about concerns or harassment issues. They only showed up for events lol SE's GMs are amazing xD :D
