2 Achievements Broken

Ever since I logged in to my account at 2.0 launch there has been something that has really bugged me. I have two achievements which are broken and I have no way to unlock or fix. I've sent multiple tickets to support and they have been no help at all and just finally told me to post it on here.

The First Achievement that is bugged is "My Little Chocobo" the achievement for unlocking a chocobo. My character is a legacy character and I got my Chocobo Whistle around 1.2 version of the game. It shows that I have unlocked the chocobo whistle in the achievement, however the achievement itself is marked incomplete, also because I can't do this quest again, the achievement is basically just locked and unobtainable for me.

The Second Achievement that is similarly bugged for me is 'All Watched Over by a Maelstrom of Loving Grace", which is the achievement for joining the maelstrom. Once again I joined the maelstrom back around 1.2 version of the game. I tried to fix this achievement myself by switching grand companies, when i joined the immortal flames and order of the twin adders I unlocked the achievements for them, however upon joining maelstrom again the achievement remained locked.

I know achievements are probably a low priority when it comes to bug fixes, but I would really like someone to look in to this and possibly fix my account, because support doesn't seem able to fix this issue.
