I have uncovered 3 of the 4 dungeons needed to unlock the High Level Duty Roulette. I have uncovered Copperbell Mines (Hard), Haukke Manor (Hard) and Pharos Sirius. I have checked all possible locations to find the last quest needed to unlock this 4th dungeon. Where do I go and who do I speak to in order to be able to unlock this 4th dungeon?

It's the Wanderer's Palace (WP) and the Amdapor Keep (AK)
Ok. I have unlocked Wanderer's Palace but not Amdapor's Keep. Who do I speak to for accessing the latter?
If you do your Relic quest, you will be asked to go there anyways. Maybe just combine it. ;)
