Monk Job NEW Abilitiy
It has come to my attention PUG/MNK has 3 fist abilities of the elements. Fist Earth(Increase defense), Fist of Wind(Increase movement speed), Fist of fire(Increase damage). Where is the fist of Water,Fist of lightining? My suggestions are Fist of Lighting is to allow it increase skill & normal attack speeds, For Fist of Water allow it to increase guard(PUG/MNK) and dodge rate. These additional should be implemented the next patch without hesitation. For future additions Square-Enix might want to look into Fist of Light and Fist of Dark(Which I have idea's for). I will hold those thoughts and surpise you all later with details on Fist of Light Fist of Dark skill boost effects :). Anyone who feels these additions will make PUG/MNK more enjoyable and effective like my post and comment yes. It would be great for you to leave details in a reply that gives an understanding to what you would feel you can gain, and like about if these additions were added.

Well people don't like skill speed because it doesn't boost TP gain, so you run out of TP faster. So lightning fists would have to have a TP regen effect too (regain?).
I don't know how useful guard/dodge increase would be... But I think more choice is always a positive thing.

Skill speed is great, but of course people would look at TP, my tp next runs out unless I am spamming AoE skills and thats what BRD job is for.

well if they follow the same pattern as the SMN egi's, you'll be getting Fists of Water (Leviathan) and Fists of Lightning (Ramuh) next cap rise.
I can see Fists of Water boosting dodge rate but it'll probably still be outclassed by Fire and probably Earth too for the most part.

Well me being a flexible MNK Id have to vary usage depending on the situation at hand.

They added Levi already and have not placed Fist of Water in PUG/MNK skills list yet. You cannot expect just because a new primal related to its element as been added to see a respective ability for PUG/MNK even though it sound nice doesnt seem to be SE's plan. This is why I have suggest these abilities now for possible future additions in the coming patch. Anyone like such additions please comment yes, leave details and like. Thank you.

If they intend to use the other 3 elements for fist abilities, I'd imagine it will be after level cap increases since they've stated on a couple of occasions that they don't intend to add abilities before then. If they want to add them, it'll probably be just 1 per level cap increase. The ones we have now are a bit boring since fire is the only one that makes any sense at all in group play, so hopefully by the time they feel like adding these (if ever) they can do something decent with them. Ideally (to me) they'd all be effective at least sometimes, and hopefully balanced well enough that you don't just use 1 and forget about it for the reminder of the time you're playing.

Haha seems everyone has additional details but no likes or yes to the idea that it should be implemented.
