Determination on Tanks

Does in affects the healing received?

For tanks I believe it only affects Damage output. DET doesn't affect how much you get healed by, rather it's how much you heal others for

No, it does not affect heals received. The wording "the amount of HP restored by healing spells" is a bit confusing, but it refers only to the spells you cast, not the ones you receive.

This misinterpretation is widespread and you can see it around the internet, I had read it and melded determination to the Rose Gold rings thinking "how great, not only I'll hit harder and build more enmity, I'll also receive stronger heals"... :-(

Yes it is misleading. I also searched on the internet but I couldn't find a clear answers. Google's giving me different results.

it doesn't affect receiving heals

Det is best thought of as a % increase to all your other stats. ( a very small one)
