We are looking for a healer generically. Need to have experience in clearing T6 & T7 (Both on Farm). We are progressing to T8 as to about 60-50%.
1) Attitude is an absolute primary trait we are looking for in a member.
2) Helpful, Friendly and have an open mind in helping the raid succeed in terms of strategy or playing style to accommodate team members. Extra-flexibility.
3) Abusive behavior towards members are not tolerated.
4) Needs to join our FC. We are not a linkshell raid or a feeder team for your gearing so you could join your FC team once your well geared
5) Timings are sometimes changed (we try to accomodate everyone's timing) as we are working adults although number of days stay the same per week. As early as 830PM GMT+8 to as late as 10PM GMT+8(rarely)
6) Systematic loots distribution, we prioritize certain classes. Loot greedy ? Go PUG :)
7) Preferably same timezone as us. We are in GMT+8 Timezone
We been through alot of members over the past and that is why we came up with the above mentioned requirements. Its not hard to guess why. We are a well knit group with varying personalities but share the same goal. To have a group of people that share our vision and goals pertaining to the game.
