Surplus of Guild Marks for Disciples of the Land

So alot of us by now have been gathering for a while and have long ago purchased all of the available abilities obtained by Guild Marks in the relevant guilds.

This means that now every time we do a gathering leve that offers guild marks it's actually a sigh of disappointment because you'd rather get gil that you can use - our marks are just accumulating and we have nothing to use them for.

Disciples of the Hand do not have this problem as you can always use your marks to buy Crystals which is very handy and a welcome option.

I suggest adding this option to the Gathering classes also - let us use guild marks to buy crystals.

A further step would be allowing us to buy shards in this fashion as well as crystals - the guild mark price is something I'm sure the dev team can fairly dictate so I won't try to do that for them. Being able to buy shards with guild marks would be a welcome addition.

Lastly, as for those abilities we have bought on our gathering classes (two come to mind - Master of Rock and Solid Reason for Miner) I wonder if these are being looked into as they appear to do not much at all when they activate, certainly not what they claim to. This leads to the situation where currently almost everyone uses Sweat of Brow as it's the only ability from which you can see solid results (it doubles SP while active).

I realize there is an upcoming patch that will address many concerns relating to Gathering, so hopefully these suggestions are already floating around.
