I think that a great idea would be the option to write OUR OWN chat filters, and any message that matches OUR OWN chat filters would get sent to another tab in the chat channel, that we could have the option to look at filtered messages there

Bot find a new way of saying their website? Add it to the blacklist.

I would like this to have two 'tiers' of filters. One for just filtering based off of a word or pattern, and another one allowing regular expressions. This idea here is that people who are not familiar with regular expressions will be able to get filters from the community. However players with no experience or desire to learn regular expressions could filter based on words.

SE could then look at the most filtered words/phrases from the community and then add that to their official blacklist for everyone.

This would also be good for people who have personal word triggers and would like to filter certain content for themselves personally.
