transfer help pc to ps3

I am newborn baby new at this I purchased a pc download of ffxiv arr
my grapghic are old so I bought my first ps3 I have been searching on how to put my registration key to my ps3 it wants me to purchase ,I am lost anyone know how to install a paid game from pc tp ps3 ???? :confused:

Get the 12 digit code on the back of the manual and register it to the PSN store on your PS3. Once done, log in to the game with your ID and password and OTP if you have it. Don't create a new service account (unless that's what you wanted to do)
