I believe the word "Iron" in Iron Jig and Heavy Iron Jig should be "Steel," as the syntheses for these items require steel ingots, not iron ingots.

Steel is made out of iron so technically it's correct.
And water has oxygen in it, but I wouldn't go trying to breathe it. D:
The reason this has happened is, presumably, these items used to use iron on the. However, the Japanese name is just (Heavy) Metal Jig. So when the material was changed, the name did not, as metal is metal. As there was no name change on the Japanese side, the localisers would not have noted anything as having changed. And here we are!
anyway ya make it steel basically
[Iron + Carbon = Steel], so technically a jig made with steel can be an iron jig.
Therefore, [Cotton + Silk = Velveteen], so technically a velveteen doublet can be a cotton doublet?
I would be very careful with this logic. Pinesol does not a good lemon pie filling make.
