Fantasia Bug?

It was my understanding that Fantasia, in addition to allowing you to re-customize your character (changing sex, etc) that it also came with a name change. Upon using mine, I was not given a name change. Was I simply misinformed, or is this a bug? I had assumed that the information I was given was correct, since when changing sex, it would only make sense to be able to change from a feminine to masculine name (or vice versa).

You do not get to change your name with Fantasia but in the future they are adding a name changing service.

these items never gave name change and was never meant to its only to change your look of your character.
