Cant get into account! Please help

OK so last night I updated my phone to Android 4.4 KitKat and today when I open the software security token it is reset as if it has never been used.

It wants me to input my username, birth date and the registration password.

I can not get into my account because I can not generate a one time pw to log in.

I can not remove it because I was not aware there was a force to remove code I needed to record.

So, how do I get into my account now?? This really sucks because I just got off a 12 hour shift at work and it is my Friday and I was really looking forward to this :(

should be able to contact them via this to get them to resolve the issue
