New static looking for BRD to progress from T7 onward

Hi, I have recently reformed my static and at the moment we looking for a Bard. We have cleared T7, but previous clear is not a necessity to join the group (our SMN is the kiter).
The party composition at the moment is as follows:

• WAR
• PLD
• SCH
• SCH or WHM
• MNK
• SMN
• BLM

The time for our raids at the moment is from 6:30PM EST - 8:30PM EST. Days will be finalized once I find an agreeable day for each member, but I plan to raid at least 3 times a week to progress.
