I've looked around and got some conflicting answers off of different websites. I have an i88 WAR that I want to start running coil with. Current accuracy is 462. What's the recommended minimum for coils 1-5?

I think your accuracy is good for T1-3. I know T4 requires 473 or something like that, and I don't know for sure what T5 requires, but I assume that 473 works there as well.
Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I think it's 482 acc for 100% front cap for up to T5. Bit of food should bump you quite close to that, either way. I'd recommend trying either Lava Toad Legs or Stuffed Cabbage for their high acc caps (27 and 21 HQ respectively, believe it is).
T1-4 is 475. T5 is 484. You want to make sure you don't miss on warrior to keep building Wrath stacks for Inner Beast.
Usually 480+ is solid for t5, imo
494 and never missed once in t5. Just throwing that out there.
Cool. I can get the front cap for 1-4 pretty easily with food or a different accessory. My FC is just starting coil so I don't think I'll be worrying about t5 for quite a while.
If you need accuracy through food, skip the Lava Toad legs unless they are less expensive than the Stuffed Cabbage. The higher cap means nothing as the only way you can reach it is by having more than enough accuracy needed in the first place.
Physical damage (Yes, this applies to tanks and Bards) accuracy requirement for Coil, as I've discovered myself is as follows.
T1 through 3: 462.
T4: 472.
T5: Everything (Including Twintania) with the exception of the "add" snakes: 472. The "add" snakes require 482.
T6 and beyond: 495+
For caster classes, substract 40 points on each of the above.
