Steps:
1. Open up Timers menu
2. Open "Next Mission Allowance" menu
3. "Next Mission Allowance" timer isn't correct to when Supply and Provisioning missions resets.

I can confirm this as well.

They reset on Ragnarok 9 pm server time.
