Lost CUL levels

1.I found that my CUL which was 49 2/3 levels when I logged out on my PS3 was only 45 when I logged into my account on PC. Please fix this I spend a good amount of time farming and grinding to get those levels.

Gee how nice of SE to basically give me the run around when I spent hours farming and grinding then cause of some error I lose all that I had worked for and they just keep ignoring me if it be on the site here or on the game when I try to contact them there.
