Creating a character on Balmung

Any ideas when the character creation restriction will be lifted for Balmung? I've been trying to create a new character for weeks now, and no dice.

Yes, I do already have a character on Balmung, but I'd like another for strictly RP purposes. Same account and everything. So, it's not like I'd have two characters on the same account on the server at the same time.

I submitted a support ticket, and they directed me to ask here. So, here's hoping someone not affiliated with Square Enix knows...

Try very early in the mornings, that's usually when character creation restrictions aren't up.

Your best chance from what I've heard is weekdays. Ether very early or very late. I'd say just try every couple hours especially at night.

Also, be sure you have a standard subscription and not a basic one. Basic only allows one character per server

It's one of the two unofficial RP servers and, because it's Legacy, its RP playerbase is significantly larger than the other unofficial RP server, Gilgamesh.

EVERYTHING! :D Balmung is a great server full of a lot of really nice people and a lot of RP. I have never wanted to leave this server :3
