Conse change on unregistered acct

I purchased a basic copy of ffxiv are for my ps4 the day it came out. Then later decided I wanted collectors edition artbook and in game bonuses so I went ahead and purchase the complete box set thinking it would be easy to input the CE info into my current acct... Now realize I cannot do that and will be purchasing the 20$ digital upgrade for in game CE content. Leaving me with an unused Brand new CE acct. I'd like to convert it to the PC version to give to a friend to play along... I'm doubtful about it being possible yet still hopeful is there a way to do this?
