Going after second atma weapon and not a single atma will drop

Steps:
1. My zenith weapon was equipped and my quest to get the atma upgraded weapon was there
2. This is my second go around to get an atma weapon so i knew where to go and what do to
3. I spent hours every day for over a week in at least three different zones trying to get atma and not a single one has dropped.
4. If i had gotten at least one atma i wouldnt believe there was a bug but since i didnt get a single one i believe there is an error somewhere not letting me obtain more atma for my whm.
