Can someone tell me what Loonh Gah is wearing?

Loonh Gah is of course the Miqo'te standing and petting the drake at the Amal'jaa dailies camp. She's wearing the Light Steel Galerus and Subligar, but I can't figure out what boots and gloves she is wearing. Anybody know which ones those are? Thanks in advance.

She's wearing the Mercenarie's leggings and a type of one of the fingerless gloves, I think.

Dammit, that's the one that drops from WP? I don't want to run a million WP to farm those boots ugh
