I just started downloading the upgrade to PS4, and at around 75% it stopped. I followed the suggested steps on restarting my PS4, Modem, Router, etc. and even checked to make sure my connection was still good, and it's all working 100%.
But I'm still having the same issue. I even tried to restart the download, but its saying I have to pay for it now. Anyone out there have any suggestions on how to fix this?
