Hi, im getting an error when i try to log into FFXIV after being away for the weekend.

The Error

The error is after i have logged in and when i click start and go towards the character selection screen.

It says: The service account cannot be used in this environment - 3108.

Some background.

In trying to get my partner to play XIV I have bought a second PC copy of the game and registered it under a second service account (named notoriousgtt2, because im original like that). I did all of this on the Friday and it meant that we could play together on the same PC. I did this by launching FFXIV and logging into my account, then launching the launcher again logging her in on the other account. With me on the main screen with the 360 gamepad and her on the second screen with a mouse and keyboard and the settings of my screen set to "keep gamepad active in the inactive window" it allowed us to both play, well, more her play and me on my white mage making sure she stayed alive doing the beginners quests.

So I came back today and I get the error mentioned above upon logging into my account, so yeah, help please :)

EDIT - I can log into her account, and I only get the error on my own account.
