Notorious Monster Placement

I feel notorious monster placement needs to be changed around. Recently, i started doing some higher level levequests, which of course means higher level dungeons. Notorious monsters in theses dungeons are not the problem, but when a levequest requires me to fulfill a certain objective, more times than not, theres a high level NM either blocking my passage or its right next to my objective. This leads to either one of two things. A, i sit around for 10+ minutes waiting for the NM to move, or B, i get killed too many times.

Both situations are horrible in terms of levequests. Everyone knows that these all work on a timer, so time wasted just runs the risk of leve failure. If B happens, it takes about 2-3 minutes to recover, and you get restarted at your leves starter area. This also wastes time.

The extreme case I have ran into is both A and B, whereby i wait a long time for the NM to move, and right when i think i have an opening, the NM moves and starts chasing me anyways and I end up dying.

So in a nutshell, I suggest moving the NM's around so they dont conflict with levequests. Not sure if anyone else has a had a problem with this, but i feel it needs to be addressed.
