You don't have to join our Free company, but registering to our site is needed for communication between runs.

Communication:

We use TS3 for runs and is mandatory.

Frequent use of the website is required. With the newest content, guides will not be available and all team members will be looked at to give input on their respective roles to help establish strategies. This can only be accomplished by participating in active forum discussions. To avoid confusion, all strategies will be cemented upon entrance to the raid, barring subtle adjustments.

Attendance:

Members must be punctual and reliable. Upon missing four (4) scheduled days a month without reasonable cause (holidays, birthday, illness, emergencies, etc.), said member is subject to permanent replacement, pending a majority vote.

If a member is unable attend a run, they must communicate the absence to the team via the forum. Failure to gives at least two (2) hours notice will count as two (2) of four (4) absences.

Gear:

A team is only as good as its weakest member and as such, continually striving to improve ones equipment for their raid job is expected. Failure to meet this expectation will be judged based on majority vote. Should the vote find the member's gear to be a detriment to the team, said member will be granted one (1) week to improve upon it. At the end of the allotted week, the team will again vote on whether or not improvement has been made and, if not, whether or not the member should remain.

Progress:

As stated, the team is interested in rapid progression in the newest content and cannot afford to move backward. Therefore an item level of 90+ and at least some experience in The Binding Coil of Bahamut: Turn 5 is required.


Schedule:

Sunday - 5:30pm PST / 7:30pm CST / 8:30pm EST
Monday - 6:30pm PST / 8:30pm CST / 9:30pm EST
Tuesday - 6:30pm PST / 8:30pm CST / 9:30pm EST

**Wednesdays are reserved for farming of previously cleared turns or relevant primals unless otherwise decided by the team.
