I have encountered another one, I have just started seeing this, nothing has been changed or updated on my end for months. It seems when you have one rendered object and then put another rendered object on top of that (so you have 2 peices coming together as one) something is messing up.

Today I was running out of Nanawa mines and there is a huge wooden structure that Z'ssapa is standing next to, the planks of wood have metal supports holding different pieces of wood together. These metal supports were fluctuating in and out so as I move I could see metal support no metal support, metal support, no metal support. Also there is darkened areas on some of the wood pieces and this darkened area due to old age and wear does the same thing as the metal supports, blinking in and out.

The description near the end reminds me of my character's facial hair, and how from certain camera angles it turns transparent.
