New UI Icon... what is this sync icon?

Hi I'm trying to figure out what this new sync icon on the bottom right-hand of my screen.

I've never seen it before outside of the game, just within the game this past week. Nothing happens when you click it... you cant move it. Its always showing even on the loading screen and in the game world.

If it shows on loading screens and such, it's likely not part of the game itself.

The symbol on the bottom left is from Nvidia I'm assuming you have a Kepler card it's for Shadowplay you can turn it off in GeForce experience

I ment bottom right. Still haven't learned left from right.
