New Players Welcome!!

I am still fairly new myself and I love this game. This is my first MMO actually. I just love everything Final Fantasy and I never had the chance to play 11 sadly. I am a tank primarily but I have taken a break because it is a demanding job and there are quite a few impatient players I assume are veterans to MMOs in general that are rude. This is why I am here. My friend and I have founded a free company: Winterheart Guild (WHG). If you want a free company to join feel free to join us. Friend me if you want someone to run dungeons with.

My friend and I are PS4 players that use the console party chat. We still have lots to learn about this game but he's played WOW before so he is more experienced with MMOs than I am. Well just wanted to say welcome and look forward to meeting new friends on here!

Im a pretty new player aswell (Hark Adelaide) and my fiancée and I are really enjoying taking a slow "smell the roses" stroll through the game. I really enjoy seeing and hearing friendly involving players both new and old as it really takes away from the enjoyment having some idiot getting in a strop. I myself have played a couple of mmo's before, but very briefly but my fiancée (character Alore Vicente) has never touched one before.

I'm new to XIV too, started yesterday and have been enjoying wandering around Limsa Lominsa so far. I have played XI in the past and loved it, but I needed something a little bit newer and fresher. I'm loving it so far. There are always going to be rude players out there, but in my experience there are some great people out there too who will be willing to teach or help you. Don't let the rude ones worry you too much, just keep doing whatever you enjoy doing. ^-^
