Unable to play on PC

I've had an impossible time playing the game for the past few days. I recently moved, set up new internet, and now the game is INSANELY laggy and am unable to connect to the data center, and when I do connect, I get 90k'd a minute after getting into the game. Is anyone else having a similar problem? Im kind of at a loss on what to do, the internet I got has good US/DS and I have no issues streaming netflix and downloading things.
I don't think it's a problem on the part of my ISP, but I have no idea how to check that.

Is your internet provider a different one from your last one?. Maybe they are throttling your P2P upload download speeds?. I am from

I was using Comcast before and am again, im attempting to try some port forwarding, hopefully that will resolve the issue...

The port forwarding did not fix the problem :/

Anyone have any other advice?
