Is there any Enmity chart or data somewhere?

I wonder if anybody did make a comparison chart about enmity yet?
For example which skill give the best hate per use each and how much amount of enmity it gain exactly.

I m curious how much enmity different between Rage of Halon (without combo) vs Shield Lob vs Flash.

Imo, I think Rage of Halan > Flash > Shield lob. But want to know estimate number still.

This data is WITH shield oath on.

Halone = 10x damage. no combo = less damage = less enmity.
Shield Lob = 6x damage.
Flash = I'm not too sure, it's around 800-1200 damage dependent on weapon damage.

This chart is kind of old (Nov 2013) but I doubt the modifiers have changed all that much.

Quick skim for some differences between the charts and now, shield oath and defiance have been boosted in emnity gained so it's likely higher than a 1.5x modifier now. (somewhere between 1.6x-2.0x would be my guess but new data is needed for accuracy's sake.)

Also Overpower and Steel cyclone have larger threat modifiers, so expect those to be higher than what is shown in the table.

Interesting, so weapon damage increase Flash potency?

Weapon damage would increase all damage done, doesn't change the potency though. I believe Attack Power is what Flash is based off.

This. Flash's enmity generation is based off of attack power and generates something like 495 effective ePot per use. Being based off of attack power also means that it isn't buffed by Fight or Flight or Echo (which increase damage), would be buffed by something like Berserk (which increases attack power), actually generates appreciable enmity when an enemy has massive resistance or immunity (such as the first 30 seconds UW in Prae or the 3rd boss of CM), and doesn't get any increased effect when an enemy is taking *more* damage than usual (such as the snakes in t5).

If it's not mentioned, it doesn't have an enmity modifier and simply generates as much as it deals.
All CDs, such as Rampart, Berserk, Infuriate, etc. generate a flat 70 enmity at 50. Self heals (such as from Bloodbath or IB) do not generate any enmity.

Skull Sunder: x3 enmity modifier, 100 or 200 potency w/ combo, 300 or 600 ePot
Butcher's Block: x5 enmity modifier, 100 or 280 potency w/ combo, 500 or 1400 ePot
Tomahawk: x3 enmity modifier, 120 potency, 360 ePot
Overpower: x5 enmity modifier, 120 potency, 600 ePot
Steel Cyclone: x3 enmity modifier, 200 ePot or 266.66 effective potency with Defiance on, 600 or 800 ePot

PLD:
Shield Oath: x2 enmity modifier to everything
Savage Blade: x3 enmity modifier, 100 or 200 potency w/ combo, 300 or 600 ePot
Rage of Halone: x5 enmity modifier, 100 or 260 potency w/ combo, 500 or 1300 ePot
Shield Lob: x3 enmity modifier, 120 potency, 360 enmity
Flash: 495 ePot (based off of attack power)

Huh? I don't quite understand what you're saying here. You can only use Steel Cyclone in Defiance and it ignores the damage reduction. Shouldn't it be 200*2*3 for 1200enmity-potency.

I'm not baking the Defiance modifier into anything. Defiance has to be factored into SC (as well as IB) because, even though it can only be using while in Defiance, it ignores the damage penalty. As such, when compared to anything else being used in Defiance, it does not have the 200 potency that is listed; it is more accurate to say that it has a potency of 266.66.
