Toggle Selecting on PS4

Lately I have ran into the following issue that happens mostly in instances:

When attempting to cycle through the HUD selections, say from the chat window to the DF and mini map, I loose the ability to actually click on the buttons. Like, "Yes" or "No", "Leave", and loot buttons. Pretty much any selectable button. The cursor merely blinks and I can do nothing but attempt to log off, as that button cannot be pressed either.

I have tried different controllers, same issue. I have attempted to wait and see if it fixes it self, no avail. The only thing that seems to correct it is restarting the client.

Is this a known issue? Has anyone else had this happen? Can this be looked into by the DEV's?
