Hey there, my name is David and I'm the Chapter Leader of Tribes FFXIV Chapter. I go by Liono Dragonstar, Luna Dragonstar and Sharess Dragonstar ingame. Reading what you are looking for regarding raid groups and times Tribe might just have what you need. We have been around since beta on Leviathan and are a large multi gaming community with chapters in WoW/GW2/ESO/Wildstar/LoL and of course FFXIV. Our community is focused on quality of person+player skill over quantity, that said we often have 45+ folks on during mid day and 80+ during prime raid times. We have an active forum usage, and have ways for new members to enter Tribes raiding scene from Day 1.
