Reworking the Loot system

I'm currently in conflict with the current loot system every time someone who cannot use something i.e does not have the class at 50 rolling greed on items.

I, and a lot of players are fed up by the fact that people who cannot use the items get a fair chance against players who can could actually use and want the items instead.

Example:
I'll be tanking as warrior and a shield would drop that I would want for my paladin. Instead of me having priority on it since I have my paladin 50, a dps will most likely get it with a higher roll than me (resulting in me blacklisting the player)

I suggest that you would change this into the simple matter if you can use it on your character then you would be able to roll greed, if not pass on it.
If everyone passes on it, the loot would go to a random player that does not have the item.


I'm extremely frustrated at the current loot system and it needs a QUICK revamp.
