Hey ppl. I plugged in my keyboard and my PS4 said "external keyboard" and it lights up and everything, and the weird thing is that only backspace works :/ But i can't run and anything like that. Anyone had same problem?

Try have the keyboard and mouse plugged in before launching the FFXIV application.
