Suggestion: Add extra XP and prizes for the player who contributed the most to a FATE

Hello there. I'm quite new to the game, but from my experience, and from browsing internet forums, it's clear that the FATE system is quite unpopular right now, and with good reason, I believe. However, I don't think it is a bad idea, just something that needs a few tweaks.

As such, I'd like to suggest a new rank for fates (Platinum, Diamond, whatever), awarded to the player that most contributed to that FATE's success. Prizes should include extra XP and gold, and certain items, depending on the player's level and the FATE's difficulty. Item rewards could vary from simple crafting materials, to Materia, equipment pieces and even minions and mounts (why, if you are the MVP for Odin against the whole server, you deserve Sleipnir!).

The reason for this suggestion is because I think this game needs mechanisms to stimulate high level players to visit low level areas more often, to help with the leveling of new players. That's why they made ATMAs, but I think that goes too much into the grindy path, while I prefer something with more merit attached to it. Also, this game needs more competition, badly.

The only problem I see is that it could be hard to balance out the contribution given by each role, but I'm sure the devs could work it out, if they consider this a good idea.
