Hello. My fc has been working on upgrading medium into large. Our last 10 million was supposed to come from selling the land, but then i was told selling the land is not possible...... So is currently the selling of fc the only way to move the land ownership without relinquishing? If so, does anyone know has se shared information about when the "upgrading" and land selling would be possible?
So selling the land is not possible?

Until SE announces some kind of system that lets you buy multiple plots, the only way to achieve what you want is to demolish your current house, discard the plot, and purchase a large plot.
I don't know where you got the idea you could sell the land. Some people "sell" their land to other players but that's a bit of a ripoff. Say a 15mil plot owned by FC 1 is being sold to FC 2 for 15mil. They pay the original FC 15mil. Then FC 1 relinquishes control of the plot. Then FC 2 buys it from the server. Which is another 15mil, or possibly more since the plot's price might reset to base value. People do this mostly to get a location they want that is already taken in every ward. -
