Homing Missile - SCOB - Turn 3

I have noticed in Turn 3 that the line for homing missile connecting the Avatar to a player will not always display when Shadow Flare is placed on a boss. I often seeing the line flickering or just not appearing all together. The mechanic is to take the line and move it away from the group so only 1 person gets hit. Not being able to see the line makes this a problem. I have also had issues as a lalafell not being tall enough to pick up the line and move it if it is attached to a roegadyn. I often have to jump for it to switch to me. This is a rather important mechanic and should be dealt with accordingly.
