Okay, so I've tried to PVP a little now. I've reached rank 3 and I cannot find actions or rank anywhere. The pvp tab in the actions window is greyed out, and nothing appears on character screen except wolf marks. It's getting rather irritating.

Okay, so I've tried to PVP a little now. I've reached rank 3 and I cannot find actions or rank anywhere. The pvp tab in the actions window is greyed out, and nothing appears on character screen except wolf marks. It's getting rather irritating.
You can find it in the PvP menu, not actions or character. Once you learn the skill in the PvP menu you can hotkey it from the actions menu.
