HELP! - Finding a friend (Diabolos)

Hello! I am looking for a long lost (transferred) friend who I miss dearly ;_;
His name was Rubel Arkins and looked like this (http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...acter/5471036/). However that's the only character that popped up on lodestone so either he changed his name or deleted and doesn't play anymore. So I was hoping if anyone from Tonberry knows anyone who transferred from Diabolos and would kindly drop off their name so I can further my investigation!!! thankies!!! ;__;
