Level 11-15 Seeds missing from Botany Retainer Menu

On my "botany" venture lists, every level range seems to include all the different seeds that were introduced in 2.2 except level range 11-15. Lowland Grape Seeds, Garlic Cloves, Wild Onion Set, Lavender Seeds, Coerthas Carrot Seeds, La Noscean Lettuce Seeds, Olive Seeds and Black Pepper Seeds appear to be the only items that I have gathered that my retainer doesn't have access to. I cannot for the life of me figure out why this would be intended, so I must assume it is a bug. Please correct the lv 11-15 retainer menu to include ALL gatherable items!

Steps:
1. Open up the venture menu with a botanist retainer
2. Select "Botany"
3. Select level range 11-15. The seeds that ought to be there do not appear, at least on my account.
