when i was playin ff14 on my "paid" account my isp conection was get strange. so i went to a speed test was fine, still getting lag issues see if my browser i use. then all of a sudden my acc is blocked?!?! wth it in the middle of the night i've can't do nothing at this time to get it fixed WTH SE
Did your IP address change by any chance?
If the IP address changed due to the type of connection/ISP the game thinks your account might be hacked and blocks it.
You'll probably need to contact customer support and get this one resolved.
One way to avoid this in future is if you can get security token it won't have this issue, although you'll have to enter the security token info every time, it's added security so it's overall good for you.
