Connection goes online then disconnect

Since last week I have been experiencing well hell idk what to call it. But my toon is online for one minute then has a disconnect symbol only a few seconds later to go back to being online. mobs fast forward spells catch up most of the time never go off. Funny thing is I never get kicked from the game it is almost like a hiccup. Has anyone had this issue as of late?

Been up and down my network even called my isp and can find nothing on my end. Wondering if its not connection issues im seeing but video lag or something runing a xfx radeon hd 4850.
