90k and now 2002 for 24 hours now!!

I was playing the game as normal got a 90002 error and upon trying to relog into game got 2002 error and shut me down to desktop

on trying to restart the launcher i got this error (if fixed this through tech support and the proxy link provided below) but the whole situation that initiated this is still occuring giving me 2002error i have .... i do not get this if i use pingzapper a proxy gaming tunneling program ..... so there is an issue somewhere with shaw cable ISP in canada please rectify this I had to pay for a months sub to get into the game on top of my current monthly sub which I should not have to do and never had to do previous to this last update.
if i start the pingzapper start game i get straight onthe game, i even left the game running all night it never crashed me as soon as i shut the pingzapper of instant 90k and then try ad relog in 2002 error.

windows 7 premium, 8 gbs ram , amd x4 core, 3.2 ghz, geforce 650ti
shut off antivirus and shut off firewall

uninstalled game re-installed game
run as administrator
tried compatibility to XP
tried changing the bootlog text as suggested on this thread
